Pennsylvania’s Part C State Performance Plan

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 requires all states to develop a State Performance Plan (SPP) describing how the state will implement the requirements and purposes of the IDEA, and improve results for children and families with disabilities. States are also required to develop and submit an Annual Performance Report (APR) describing the state’s progress in meeting the targets established in the SPP.
